Standard fencing consists of galvanised mild steel iron posts and heavy duty chain link netting all 2.75 metres ( 9 feet) high above court level. Main posts ie. corners and gate posts are 60 mm x 60 mm x 6mm fitted with base plates and have barrel winders to tension the line wires. Intermediates are 40 x 40 x 5 mm with a pointed end. All posts are securely bedded into the ground using dense concrete. The posts are Hot Dipped Galvanised and are usually painted to match the netting. Gates are 2 metres by 1 metre and have a sliding lockable latch. Chainlink netting is PVC coated in dark green or black and has a 50 mm mesh using 3.15/2.24 wire with a galvanised core.
A superior fencing system which uses tube instead of angle iron. The main posts are 60 mm diameter and intermediates are 40 mm diameter. The netting is supported by a tubular rail which is fitted around the top of the posts. Gates and chain link netting are as previously specified.
Both systems are available in heavy duty specification. The height can be increased to 3.6 metres (12 feet) or lowered along one side to produce a dropped fence.
